Terms and Conditions
These general Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) are concluded between, on the one hand,
the company WE ARE VOYAGERS APPAREL (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), registered in the Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés du Luxembourg under the number B255301 whose registered office is located 5 rue du Charly, L-1374 Luxembourg - LUXEMBOURG and manages the website www.wearevoyagers-store.com (hereinafter the “Website”)
and, on the other hand, any natural or legal person (hereinafter the “Customer”) wishing to make a purchase via the Website.
Article 1 - Object
The purpose of these T&Cs is to set the contractual provisions between the Company and the Customer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Website www.wearevoyagers-store.com.
The WE ARE VOYAGERS APPAREL Company retains the possibility of modifying these T&Cs at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or with the aim of improving the use of its Website. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order made by the Customer. It is the Customer's responsibility to check this page regularly to see if changes has been made.
The purchase of a product on the Website www.wearevoyagers-store.com implies unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these general Terms & Conditions.
By accepting these T&Cs, the Customer declares that he has the capacity to enter into this contract, that he has reached the age of majority in his country, state or province of residence, and/or that he gives the WE ARE VOYAGERS APPAREL Company its consent to allow any minor dependent to purchase on this Website.
Article 2 - The products
The products offered are those visible on the Website, within the limits of available stocks. If the product is no longer available after the Customer's order, the Company will inform the Customer as soon as possible by e-mail.
Any complaint from the Customer regarding the order or delivery of an item that is not or no longer available will be considered invalid.
Each product is presented and described as precisely as possible on the Website (in the form of a description containing its main characteristics).
In the event of errors in the description, the Company cannot be held liable. The same applies to the photographs which aim to be as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered. Consequently, in no case the WE ARE VOYAGERS APPAREL Company cannot be held liable.
Article 3 - Prices
The prices of the products are indicated on the Website in Euros (€) all taxes included taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order.
Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products.
For an order of less than €95, the prices of the products indicated on our Website do not include delivery costs, invoiced to the Customer in addition to the price of the products purchased depending on the geographical area and the method of delivery selected.
The latter will be brought to the attention of the buyer on the summary screen before the final approval of the order.
The Company only delivers in metropolitan France and in several countries belonging to the European Union (see Article 5 - Deliveries).
Article 4 - The order
The Customer can place an order online on our Website: www.wearevoyagers-store.com
The creation of a customer account is not necessary before placing the order. However, the Customer undertakes to provide sincere and accurate information regarding his marital status and his contact details, in particular his e-mail address when placing the order.
In each product sheet, the Customer has the possibility to choose the quantity, the size and 1 or 2 buttons depending on the type of order (pre-order or on stock):
- In case of pre-orders, only 1 button is visible:
1) “Pre-order”: this button allows to add the item that the Customer wishes to pre-order to his shopping cart.
The Customer also has the option of clicking on the “See cart” button which is displayed directly after clicking on the “Pre-order” button.
The Shopping cart is then displayed on the right side with the selected product(s).
- In case of available stocks, 2 buttons are visible:
1) “Add to cart”: this button allows you to add the item to the basket and continue shopping.
2) “Buy now”: this button allows you to go directly to payment.
After completing their purchases and having checked every item in their shopping cart, the Customer can:
Either click on "Proceed to payment" in the shopping cart preview window after adding your item.
Or click directly on the shopping cart icon at the top right and then “Proceed to payment”.
In both cases, the “shopping cart” is displayed with the summary of the items added and the subtotal (including tax). Shipping costs are calculated afterwards.
To modify the "shopping cart", the Customer can click on “Back to shopping cart”.
To continue, the Customer can click on “Proceed to payment”
The Customer thus arrives on the “information” page and can choose his delivery method (Dispatch or Click&Collect) then must fill in the information required for the delivery, namely an e-mail address, a delivery address, a phone number and tick the box “Save my details for next time” if desired. He can leave the box unchecked otherwise.
If the Customer wishes to create an account or use an existing account, he can do so by clicking on “Already have an account ? Open a session” and must fill in his name, his e-mail address and his password then click on “Connect”.
You can also subscribe to the newsletter at this stage.
To do this, just tick “Email me news and offers”.
Once the “information” page has been completed, the Customer must click on “Continue to Shipping”.
The “Delivery” page is then displayed and the Customer must choose the desired delivery method.
Then, once defined, click on “Proceed to payment”
The payment page is displayed and the Customer must enter their bank details in the “Payment” section and then choose the billing address.
The “same as delivery address” option is checked by default.
Otherwise, the Customer must tick “Use a different billing address” and complete the necessary information
The Customer may at any time during the ordering process, review the details of his order as well as its total price and correct any errors, before confirming the payment to express his acceptance.
Then click on “Pay now”. The 3D Secure system is activated and the Customer is automatically redirected to their bank's website to confirm that they are the holder of the card used.
Once the bank details have been entered and validated, once the authentication has been successful, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, a Customer who does not have the capacity to contract or an objective suspicion of fraud.
The Company retains ownership of the products until full payment of the order, i.e. the collection of the price of the order by the Company.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the items available for sale.
The Company undertakes to honor orders received on our Website only within the limits of available stocks.

Article 5 - Deliveries
The products available for sale on the Website can be delivered to the following destinations:
- Metropolitan France
They will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer when placing the order. Any extension of this geographical area will be updated as soon as possible on the Website.
Deliveries are provided by our various service providers such as Colissimo, GLS Europe, UPS Europe, Post Luxembourg, DHL Germany or Bposte depending on the geographical area and the option chosen by the Customer when validating his order.
The delivery charges applicable to the order are those mentioned on our Website at the time of the order.
The Customer has the choice between different delivery methods:
- Home delivery (with or without signature)
- Click & Collect (in Luxembourg City only in the Lët'z Refashion pop-up store)
When the Company takes care of the delivery of the product(s), the risk of loss or deterioration of the product is transferred to the Customer at the time of delivery. Exceptionally, the risk of loss or deterioration of the product(s) is transferred to the Customer upon delivery of the product(s) to the carrier when the latter is responsible for transport by the Customer and not by the Company (especially when the Customer wants to return products to the Company).
All return costs are the responsibility and at the risk of the Customer (the Company recommends to the Customer a delivery with tracking number) and the Company bears the costs of reshipping in case of exchanges
Depending on the geographical area and the delivery method selected by the Customer, some packages may be placed directly in the Customer's mailbox, without signature, if the format allows it and if a face to face delivery by the carrier to the Customer is not possible. The tracking of the package made available by the carrier will prevail and the Company reserves the right to study the requests of its Customers case-by-case.
In the event of absence or impossibility of delivery of the package, for delivery against signature, the postman leaves a transit advice note mentioning the date and address of the post office or service point where the Customer will be able to withdraw his parcel on presentation of an identity document.
From the date mentioned on the transit advice note, the customer has 30 days to collect their package (in France).
If it is impossible to make the delivery, due to an incorrect delivery address or the absence of collection by the Customer of his order from the selected collection point or from the post office, no reshipment can be carried out and the Customer will be reimbursed within seven (7) working days of receipt of the product(s) by the Company.
As for the deadlines announced on the Website, they are purely indicative and depend on the destination and the availability of the product ordered. Exceeding this period cannot give rise to any cancellation of the order, to any reduction in the price paid by the buyer, and to any payment for damages. The Company undertakes to deliver the orders placed by the Customer within the stipulated time. If the items have not been delivered within thirty (30) days from the delivery date specified when ordering, and if this overrun is not related to a case of force majeure, the Customer may proceed with the resolution of the sale, by sending a registered letter with AR to the Company. The sums paid by the Customer will then be fully reimbursed. The Company cannot be held responsible for the harmful consequences resulting from a delay in delivery, only reimbursement of the product by the Company will bepossible.
The Customer is required to check that the delivered products are in good condition. Any anomaly noted (missing item, damaged package, etc.) must be indicated by the Customer to the Company within three (3) days.
In addition, the Client shall:
- Indicate all reservations on the delivery receipt
- Send a declaration of reserve to the carrier within 48 hours of delivery by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt
- Send a copy of this letter to the Company by mail to the following address: WE ARE VOYAGERS APPAREL, 5 rue du Charly - L-1374 Luxembourg - LUXEMBOURG
Failing this, no complaint can be made by the Customer to the Company.
Article 6 - Methods of payment and means of payment
Payment for the order will take the form of payment by credit card (Cards bearing the VISA, MASTERCARD or CB acronym are accepted).
Payment methods such as bank transfer or payment in installments are not accepted.
The amount of the invoice will be debited from the Customer's account on the date of payment.
In order to ensure payment security, our Website uses the Stripe secure payment service. For any payment by credit card on the Website, the electronic certificate issued by the electronic payment manager will serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction. In this regard, the dates and times of the server will prevail between the parties.
The Company reserves the right to refuse an order if there is an ongoing prior dispute or an abnormally high order level.
Confirmation of an order entails acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them and waiver of the right to avail oneself of its own conditions of purchase. All of the data provided and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction.

Article 7 - The withdrawal process
The Customer has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the delivery of his order to return the product(s) to the Company for exchange or refund without penalty.
The Customer must contact the Company before sending back the product(s) to agree on the terms of return to the following e-mail address: email@example.com
The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed. They must be returned in a condition allowing their remarketing. All products that are incomplete, damaged, soiled or have been subject to abnormal use will not be taken back and will not be refund.
Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
The Company will send an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal by email as soon as it is informed.
The Customer will return the product(s) to the Company along with the return form duly completed by registered mail or tracked parcel within a maximum of 30 days after informing the Company of its wish to withdraw.

Article 8 - Exchanges and Refunds
In the event of an exchange, you will not be asked for any additional costs, if it is the same item, of a different size or color (subject to available stocks). The exchange will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which the Company is informed of the Customer's decision, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed.
Return costs of the product to be exchanged are the responsibility of the Customer.
The Company will bear the cost of reshipping.
If the Customer opts for a refund, it will be made within 14 days of being informed of the Customer's decision and provided that the product has been received by the Company and has been returned within its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed. Reimbursement will be made to the account associated with the credit card used during payment or to the Paypal account used for payment.The costs of returning the product(s) to be exchanged are the responsibility of the Customer
Article 9 - Legal guarantees
All products for sale on the Website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, allowing the Customer to return free of charge the products delivered which are defective or non-compliant. In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to the Company, which will take it back and exchange it (subject to available stocks) or refund it provided that the product is returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed. In this context, all complaints, requests for exchange or reimbursement must be made by mail to the Company's address.
To be able to benefit from the product guarantee, it is essential to keep the purchase invoice of the product as well as its delivery note.
The information collected from the Customer is necessary to process the order, its delivery and the establishment of the invoice.
This information may be distributed by the Company to its contractual partners as part of the fulfillment of the order, in particular to ensure the transport of the products ordered (Colissimo, Mondial Relay and/or Post Luxembourg).
The Customer has a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him. In this case, the customer will be able to modify his personal information directly in the “My account” section on the website or on simple request by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When creating a Customer account on the Website, the Company also offers the possibility of receiving by e-mail, via the “WE ARE VOYAGERS Newsletter”, information on events, exclusive offers , special promotions, novelties, contests organized by the Company. The Customer may decide, at any time, to no longer receive this “WE ARE VOYAGERS Newsletter” by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe link included in the footer of the e-mail.
Article 11 - Responsibilities
The Company cannot be held liable for any damage or inconvenience caused by the use of the Internet network, in the event of a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of viruses computers.
Furthermore, the Company cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of a fortuitous situation, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of the postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood, fire. The Company will not incur any liability for any consequential damages as a result of these presents, operating loss, loss of profit, damages or costs, which may arise.
Article 12 - Applicable law in the event of disputes
These Terms & Conditions are subject to Luxembourg law. Any dispute that has not found an amicable solution will be submitted to the competent courts of Luxembourg.
Article 13 - Intellectual Property
All of the elements present on the website www.wearevoyagers-store.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of WE ARE VOYAGERS APPAREL.
Any total or partial reproduction of the elements of the website, such as text, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software is strictly prohibited and no natural or legal person is authorized to use or distribute them (except with the prior written authorization of the Company WE ARE VOYAGERS APPAREL)
