Delivery and returns


Our deliveries are provided by different service providers such as Colissimo, GLS Europe, UPS Europe, Post Luxembourg, DHL Germany or Bposte depending on the geographical area in which you are located and the delivery method you have selected when validating your order.

You will have the choice between two delivery methods depending on your geographical area:

- Home delivery (with or without signature)

- Click & Collect (in Luxembourg city only in the Lët'z Refashion pop-up store)

Items are generally dispatched between 3 and 5 working days (on average).

The delivery charges applicable to the order are calculated directly at the previous payment stage, and are updated after having selected your delivery method.

You will get free shipping from purchases above 95 € in France, Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany.


We are well aware that sometimes we can get the wrong size or simply not have chosen our garment well.

You therefore have 30 days from the delivery of your order to return the product(s) to us in their original packaging, in their original condition, new, unworn, unwashed. Products that are incomplete, damaged, soiled or have been subject to abnormal use will not be taken back and will not be subject to any refund, exchange or credit note.

All return costs are the responsibility of the customer and we bear the cost of reshipping.

Before returning your purchases, please write to us by email at to inform us of your decision and tell us if you wish to proceed with an exchange or a refund.
